MCC: Leading the Way in Online Education for 20+ Years

Registration is now open for fall-semester courses – including online courses – which begin Wednesday, Sep. 4

For more than two decades, Middlesex Community College has been a leader in online education. And today’s online courses can place an array of fascinating resources at students’ fingertips

“Exciting new online tools are coming out all the time,” said Matthew Olson, Dean of Social Science, Interdisciplinary Studies & Online/Weekend Education. “Every new online teaching experience can make content more relevant, can simulate tools for the work environment, and open up new possibilities for students to learn in new ways.

“And at Middlesex, we have small online classes and teachers who develop relationships with their students,” Olson added.

Registration is now open for fall-semester courses – including online courses – which begin Wednesday, Sep. 4. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Call 1-800-818-3434 or visit www.middlesex.mass.edu/registration

MCC currently offers 15 degree and certificate programs that can be completed entirely online. Another 10 degree programs can be completed 80 percent online through hybrid course offerings, which combine online and face-to-face instruction.
