MCC Selected to Join National Project Promoting Student Success
Association of American Colleges & Universities taps MCC to be among 20 U.S. institutions participating in new 'Guided Pathways' project

Middlesex Community College has been selected by the Association of American Colleges & Universities (AAC&U) to be among 20 U.S. institutions participating in a new two-year project, Strengthening Guided Pathways and Career Success by Ensuring Students Are Learning. The Guided Pathways project is designed to build institutional capacity to ensure students are learning.
“Middlesex is honored to be one of 20 institutions chosen by AAC&U for this national project,” said Philip J. Sisson, Provost and VP of Academic & Student Affairs. “Our long-standing assessment work and guided-pathways efforts were key for the college to be poised to contribute to this effort to further document student learning.”
“AAC&U is thrilled to partner with the selected Guided Pathways institutions to promote student success and demonstrate the ways in which community colleges are vital to our nation’s strength – serving as engines of discovery, innovation and social mobility,” said AAC&U President Lynn Pasquerella.
