
Middlesex Community College will observe Constitution Day with a special presentation, titled “The U.S. Constitution and the 2013 Boston Marathon,” by Ed Davis, Boston Police Commissioner, at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 19, in MCC’s Federal Building Assembly Room, 50 Kearney Square, Lowell.
During this presentation, Davis will examine the U.S. Constitution as it relates to the Boston Marathon bombings.
