Middlesex Earns 10 National Educational Advertising Awards
MCC wins 5 Gold, 4 Silver and 1 Merit award in the 34th annual national competition sponsored by the Higher Education Marketing Report

The Office of Marketing Communications at Middlesex Community College has earned 10 awards – including five Gold Awards – in the 34th Annual Educational Advertising Awards competition sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report.
The largest higher-education advertising awards competition in the country, this year’s contest drew more than 2,200 entries from more than 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from all 50 states and several foreign countries.
Middlesex earned five Gold Awards in the categories of Logo Design (for the MCC Library logo), Newsletter (Middlesex Connector), External Publication (Profiles magazine, spring 2018 issue), Social Media (MCC Shout Out Celebration), and Special Promotions (Academic Arts Center Open House).

MCC earned four Silver Awards in the categories of Brochure (for the Aspire Campaign to support students & arts programming), Class Schedules (Summer Corporate/Community Education & Training), Imprinted Materials (MCC Pop Socket), and Other (An Evening in Verona).
Middlesex also received a Merit Award in the Special Video Production category (for the Richard and Nancy Donahue Family Academic Arts Center).

Judges for the Educational Advertising Awards competition consist of a national panel of higher-education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals, and the editorial board of Higher Education Marketing Report.
