Planning Board Will Discuss Projects on Crosby Drive, Chelmsford Road on Tuesday Night

The Bedford Planning Board will discuss two plans at its meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10 in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall.

The agenda includes:

7:30 p.m. – 40 Crosby Drive (aka 100 Crosby Drive)—Form A application and Approval Not Required (ANR) Plan request to divide property into three separate lots.

7:45 p.m. – 29A Chelmsford Road Definitive Subdivision—Public Hearing continuation from July 9, 2013 to review a definitive subdivision application to create four new house lots on a 4.65-acre parcel, including a construction of a new way.
