Police Log: Vandalism and Reports of Counterfeit Money

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Friday, March 1

7:21 a.m.- An officer reported an employee of Dunkin Donuts reported they had received a counterfeit $20 bill.

9:07 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department received a call reporting two suspicious individuals in front of 2 Wellington Way. The responding officer reported he spoke with the caller who told him there had been a misunderstanding, the two individuals were at the residence for a showing of the property. 

2:19 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of 93 Hartwell Road reporting a party on her property taking equipment. The responding officer reported the individual had left prior to her arrival, and that this was an ongoing issue regarding a compressor.

3:02 p.m.- Police received a call from 37 Shawsheen Road reporting vandalism. Officers responded to speak with the reporting party.

3:46 p.m.- A caller reported an officer check on an individual lying in the snow near 185 Great Road. The officer provided the man a courtesy transport to the V.A. Medical Center. 

7:25 p.m.- Police received a call from a resident of 1 Ashby Place reporting someone was banging on her door. The responding officer checked the area and spoke with neighbors who said they hadn't heard anything.
