Police Searching for Vehicle Involved in Early Morning Hit-and-Run
The following information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department.

Bedford Police are looking for a car that crashed into a tree on Concord Street and fled the scene early Sunday morning.
A dispatcher with the Bedford Police Department said the crash occurred at about 3:30 a.m., and resulted in heavy damage to the front end of the car. The tree also was damaged, but is expected to survive.
When police returned to the scene in the daylight, they found car parts scattered around the tree. The parts appeared to be from a Ford model vehicle, though no further description was available.
