Spicy Chai with Astragalus Root

Cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, clove, water, black tea, and milk or milk alternative are all you need for a basic chai recipe. In this recipe, we added astragalus root to our chai for added immune support which is especially beneficial for winter.
