The Bedford Health Department is seeking your help! There are two surveys that have been released, and your participation and responses will help the Town understand the experiences and needs of residents: 

1) Tickborne disease infections such as Lyme Disease, Babesiosis, and several others are prevalent in Bedford. Please help the Health Department understand your risk for acquiring a tickborne disease by completing this anonymous survey: https://forms.gle/gCSqfVi8ddbgweVe8. 

2) We know the COVID-19 pandemic brought tremendous uncertainty with corresponding impacts on our mental health. Please help the Health Department understand how COVID-19 might have impacted your mental health by completing this anonymous survey: https://forms.gle/YTmYMyVihpTqJj1F6.

Analysis of both surveys will be shared in several months. Thank you your consideration and time.
