Bedford’s Fall curbside yard waste collection begins the week of November 8th. Yard waste will be collected for three weeks in November, excluding the week of Thanksgiving.

Please place all yard waste curbside in tall paper bags or open barrels with no lids by 7:00AM on Monday. Republic Services will begin collection each week and finish collecting the yard waste route by the end of day Friday. To report a missed collection, contact Republic Services at (800) 442-9006.

  • Leaves & pine needles,
  • Grass clippings, garden trimmings & weeds
  • Tree material up to one inch (1”) in diameter.
  • NO yard waste in plastic bags.
  • NO stones, trash or waste lumber.

The Compost Center at 108 Carlisle Rd will be open on all Wednesdays and Saturdays (8AM-1PM) during the month of November as well.
