Volunteer Ombudsman Program

Are you a good listener who is interested in volunteering your time to advocate for nursing home residents? Minuteman is looking for volunteers to visit long-term care facilities in Concord, Acton, Littleton and Lincoln to help residents make sure their voices are heard.
