Lindsay Clancy trial ends earlier than expected Wednesday due to 'unforeseen circumstance' (wwaytv3.com) — Belmont readers may note that McLean Hospital in town briefly figured into testimony at the high-profile Lindsay Clancy murder trial, as a former employee challenged how prosecutors portrayed the facility. The judge ultimately barred her from testifying, while a defense psychologist described Clancy's mental health struggles and ongoing suicide monitoring during a shortened trial day.
