• Generations: Cheering for More Than a World Cup Match (belmontvoice.org) — A packed Belmont restaurant recently hosted a Haiti–Morocco World Cup watch party that doubled as a fundraiser for Haiti Projects' Girls Soccer Club, which serves more than 100 girls in rural Haiti. Belmont Youth Soccer, Champions Sports, and many local families have already donated gear and funds, and residents are encouraged to keep supporting the program through Haiti Projects' website.
