Motorcyclist Killed in 128 Crash Identified
The motorcycle's driver was pronounced dead at the hospital, and his passenger was reportedly seriously hurt.

One person is dead after a motorcycle crash on Route 128 North that temporarily shut down all lanes.
State Police said an off-duty state police sergeant saw the motorcyclist crash around 3:22 p.m. on the northbound side of Route 128 in Beverly. The off-duty officer, Police Sergeant Byron Rizos, was the first to respond to the crash, and notified the Danvers Barracks.
The motorcycle driver, a 30-year-old Gloucester man identified Saturday morning as Andrew R. Lezynski, was thrown off the bike and sustained serious injuries, State Police said. He was taken by ambulance to Beverly Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

State Police said his passenger, a 29-year-old Rockport woman, was also seriously injured in the crash and also taken to Beverly Hospital.
"Preliminary investigation indicates that a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle veered into the guardrail on the left side," according to State Police.
