All Invited to the Giant Snowball Fight on Beverly Common

Three Beverly citizens created a Facebook event that they have dubbed “Beverly Snow Fight on the Common.”

The event was created by Mindelynn Young, Lance Daly and Medley Long III. According to the event invite:

“With all this snow around downtown Beverly, what better way to deal with it than throw it around during a giant snowball fight! Okay, so the snow might not be exactly “snowball” friendly…so let’s get creative!

This coming Saturday - when the smartphone strikes noon - this month’s epic snowfall shall fly around the Beverly Common! Come to participate or simply come to witness some wintry hi-jinx.

And don’t forget, ladies and gents…this Saturday is Valentine’s Day. DO NOT pass up the opportunity to create a snow angel with that special someone, right before you introduce their face to a lovely whitewash.

Invite others! Walk, don’t drive! Play at your own risk and at the conclusion of the fight, dust off the snow and check out your favorite downtown businesses!”
