BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents are invited to get free help restoring their personal items — and keeping them out of the landfill — during the next Fix-It Clinic set for April 25 at the Beverly Main Public Library.
The guided disassembly, repair, and troubleshooting clinic will help residents fix small appliances, bikes, clothing, electronics, and more from noon to 3 p.m.
The Beverly Waste Reduction Committee and Beverly Public Library are sponsoring the family-friendly event, where children 6 years old and older are invited if accompanied by an adult.
Those with questions or who want to sign up to have an item repaired, or to help with the repairs, are encouraged to contact beverly.wrc@gmail.com.
