BEVERLY, MA — Beverly runner Aaron Galis dug "deep" for this year's Boston Marathon as he was one of 22 members of the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation "Green Runs Deep" team to run this year's race.
Galis ran the 26.2 miles in 3 hours, 21 minutes, 4 seconds.
The runners, presented by New Balance, combined to raise a record $400,000 for the Shamrock Foundation.
