Beverly police will host the department's 5th Annual Beverly Police Car Show & Food Truck Event at Lynch Park next month.
The event is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept. 27 and is open to spectators at no cost.
All makes and models are welcome for the car show, and vehicle entry is $15, with payment accepted by cash or Venmo only.
There is no pre-registration and no sign-up required. Vehicle owners can arrive the day of the event and register at the entrance.
The event lineup includes a DJ playing 50s and 60s music, local food trucks, a 50/50 raffle and exclusive 2026 Beverly Police Car Show patches available for purchase.
A Police Cruiser Light-Off is scheduled for 12 p.m., followed by a Police K-9 Demonstration at 1 p.m. The department also noted that no pets are permitted at the K-9 demo.
"Unfortunately, last year scammers posted fake registration links in our comment section," the department said. "Please do not click on any registration links posted in the comments. We do not accept online registrations or advance payments."
"The only way to register a vehicle is in person on the day of the event, and payment is accepted by cash or Venmo only."
Residents are urged to report suspicious comments or registration links and not share personal or payment information through those posts.
Proceeds from this year's show will benefit the North Shore Warriors Powerlifting Program, according to the announcement. Beverly police said they are looking ahead to "another outstanding day of amazing vehicles, great food, and community fun."
