BEVERLY, MA — Endicott College in Beverly will host a debate between candidates for Massachusetts' 6th Congressional District on Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. in Cleary Lecture Hall.
The event is free and open to the public, and registration is open.
The debate is being hosted by the Endicott Center for Civic Participation, or ECCP, in partnership with the League of Women Voters. It will bring together the candidates competing for the open congressional seat following the Sept. 1 primary election.
Veteran Beacon Hill journalist Katie Lannan will moderate the debate. Lannan has more than a decade of experience reporting on Massachusetts government, politics and public policy and currently serves as editor of MASSterList, Affiliated News Services' morning newsletter for members of the Commonwealth's political, policy, business and civic communities. She previously worked as a State House reporter for GBH News and earlier reported for the State House News Service.
The race will determine the successor to U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton, who has represented MA-6 since 2015 and is seeking election to the U.S. Senate in 2026.
