BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents and North Shore visitors are invited to the 15th Annual Beverly Harbor Fest on Sunday.
The event is set for 1 to 5 p.m. at Lynch Park. The free program is being presented by the Beverly Harbor Management Authority and is open to all ages.
The family-friendly event will bring the community together for an afternoon of music, food, and activities centered on Beverly's connection to the harbor.
The festival has been expanded this year in recognition of Beverly's 400th birthday.
This year's Harbor Fest will include a large-scale whale exhibit, children's games and several food vendors.
"Harbor Fest is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and enjoy a fun afternoon," said Paul Earl, Chair of the Harbor Management Authority. "With activities for kids, live music, great food, many boats and emergency vehicles, and a whale exhibit, there will be something for everyone.
Families are encouraged to spend the afternoon at the park and take part in the city's waterfront celebration.
