The free, family-friendly event highlights Beverly's connection to the waterfront and debuts a large-scale whale exhibit alongside boats and emergency vehicles on display.
   

• Connolly Brothers Completes Renovation of The Lodge at Endicott College (bostonrealestatetimes.com) — Endicott College students in Beverly now have a revamped Lodge dining and hangout space, with a new commercial kitchen, upgraded seating, and expanded food storage. Connolly Brothers finished the nearly 4,500-square-foot renovation and addition on a tight summer schedule, adding modern HVAC, new restrooms, and improved back-of-house operations to better support everyday student life.
   

• Cyril Neville Brings New Orleans Groove to the Grateful Dead Songbook on September Tour (gratefulweb.com) — Beverly music fans can catch New Orleans legend Cyril Neville bringing a funky, soulful spin on Grateful Dead songs to The Cabot on September 11. His 12-date tour reimagines the Dead's catalog with deep New Orleans rhythms, stopping in several Northeast cities before wrapping up in his hometown of New Orleans later this month.
