BEVERLY, MA — Beverly's annual Downtown Trick-or-Treat on the Street returns this year with an afternoon of family-friendly fun on Cabot Street on Oct. 29.
The Greater Beverly YMCA presents the event from 4 to 6 p.m.
Vendors are asked to set up by 3 p.m., with breakdown by 6:30 p.m. that day.
Attendees can explore downtown for treats and activities, with pop-up businesses and organizations along a portion of Cabot Street.
Rantoul Street businesses may also be participating. Participating businesses are asked to register with the Greater Beverly YMCA to receive a flyer to be placed in the window.

Cabot Street will be closed to traffic from 3:30-6:30 p.m. from its intersection with Pond Street to Railroad Avenue.
Portions of side streets may be closed as well.
Those traveling in the area that afternoon should be prepared for traffic delays and seek alternate routes, such as Rantoul Street.
