Arrest for B&E; 'Spanish Lady' Continues Harassing Calls

The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's daily log. 

Monday, April 14 

  • At 7:21 p.m., police responded to a domestic situation on Pleasant Street. 
  • At 8:08 p.m., police responded to a loud party on Dearborn Ave. and asked them to turn the music down 
  • At 10:58 p.m., police responded to a person passed out in an apartment on Rantoul Street. Person admitted to EMS that she had consumed a large amount of vodka, injected cocaine and possible snorted adrenal 
Tuesday, April 15 

  • At 7:03 a.m., police reported that a "Spanish lady" called six times during a shift. The woman has repeatedly been calling the department. 
  • At 7:40 a.m., police reported that someone on River Street threatened that they were going to "jump in front of a train" 
  • At 10:26 a.m., police responded to a B&E of a truck on Bow Street 
  • At 3:09 p.m., police responded to a report of credit card fraud 
Arrests: 

Sarah Jean Fialho, 27, 327 Rantoul St., Beverly, arrested on a warrant 

David M. Fragoza, 28, 276 Rantoul St., Beverly, arrested and charged with B&E for a felony and larceny over $250 

Julius Patterson, Jr., 26, 22 Osgood St., Salem, arrested on a warrant
