ATN expands headquarters to 20,800 square feet at Cummings Center
Additional staff and anticipated growth prompt relocation

Atlantic Tele-Network (ATN; NYSE: ATNI) moved into its new 20,861-square-foot headquarters at 500 Cummings Center earlier this month.
The firm employs 35 people in Beverly and provides telecommunications services to under-served markets and geographies in the United States, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. It also owns and operates solar power systems in select locations in the United States.
ATN moved to Cummings Center’s 600 building from Salem in 2010. Its current relocation and expansion from 12,259 square feet to more than 20,000 square feet was driven by recent additions to staff as well as anticipated future growth.

Additionally, the company announced this month that it acquired a controlling interest in Bermuda telecommunications company KeyTech Limited, which will become part of its international telecom segment.
According to Senior Account Manager Mike Farrell, Cummings Properties’ construction team gutted and built out the brand new facility within an aggressive 120-day timeline.

“It is an impressive space, with stunning architectural details and high-end finishes. ATN has created a spectacular headquarters for its team,” Farrell said.
The space features intricate glass systems in the entrance and conference rooms, state-of-the-art LED lighting, sculptured carpet, hardwood flooring, curved walls, serpentine hallways, and custom millwork throughout.
The buildout of this space was one of 20 buildouts, totaling more than 125,000 square feet performed in the last six months by Cummings Center crews, said Farrell.
Last month, the firm reported that American Renal Associates, Oxford Global Resources, and Sensitech—all headquartered at Cummings Center—expanded by a combined 53,000 square feet of commercial space to occupy nearly a quarter of a million square feet at the 2 million-square-foot business campus.
Named one of North of Boston Business’ 25 Best Places to Work, Cummings Center offers first-class fully built out space for a wide range of commercial uses, including executive offices, healthcare facilities, laboratories, retail storefronts, industrial space, and more. The newest addition to the award-winning campus is the Elliott Landing by Cummings luxury condominium homes, slated for completion this fall.
