Beverly Accepting Affordable Housing Lottery Applications

BEVERLY, MA — The Harborlight Community Partners Office is accepting applications for a Beverly affordable housing lottery unit on Cabot Street.

The one-bedroom unit has in-unit laundry and off-street parking. It is open to residents who make up to $53,760 for one person or $61,440 for two people. The cost of the rent will be $1,231, which includes trash and recycling, plus utilities.

Applications are available here and can be submitted to P.O. Box 507, Beverly, MA, 01915. They must be received by Sept. 30.

The lottery will be held on Oct. 1. Applicants do not need to be in attendance to be put on a wait list.
