Beverly In Bloom Traffic Island Beautification Program Back For 2024
Starting this year there will be a $100 fee for participants with nonprofit organizations exempt.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly is bringing back its traffic island beautification program "Beverly In Bloom" for 2024 with a $100 fee charged for participation in what the city said is a program that "has had an enormous, positive impact on improving the aesthetics on Beverly's roads and provides great exposure for its sponsors."
The program is run through the mayor's office in conjunction with the Department of Public Services, the Recreation Department and volunteers throughout the community.
The city will have more than 45 traffic islands available for the program this year. Existing traffic island sponsors have a preference but the city may reassign islands that do not conform to the rules or whose sponsors do not respond by May 1.
