Beverly Bootstraps To Host 'Boots & Blues' Premier Fundraiser

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly Bootstraps will host its premier fundraising event of the year next week when it brings "Boots & Brews" to Misselwood overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The June 20 night of live music from Los Sugar Kings, lawn games, and southern food is in its third year as the leading fundraiser amid rising demand for services in Beverly and surrounding communities.

"Beverly Bootstraps stands firm in our commitment to serve our community by providing critical resources and long-term support to individuals and families on their path to self-sufficiency," Beverly Bootstraps Executive Director Sue Gabriel said. "This is not just a fundraising event — it's a celebration of community spirit and solidarity."

Beverly Bootstraps serves more than 5,000 individuals in Beverly, Manchester, Essex, Hamilton and Wenham with food-assistance programs, case management services, adult education classes and youth and family programming at the Thrift Shop.

"Boots & Blues is our chance to come together as a community and make a difference," Gabriel said. "Through your support and generosity, we'll be raising vital funds to continue our mission of assisting individuals and families in need."
