Beverly Bootstraps Walking Food Drive

During the City of Beverly’s annual Holiday Parade on Sunday, November 27, Beverly Bootstraps will hold its annual Holiday Walking Food Drive. Volunteers from the First Baptist church will be walking in the parade pushing shopping carts in an effort to collect food donations from parade attendees to help stock the Food Pantry shelves.

In the past fiscal year, the Food Pantry has given out 307,720 pounds of food to its 2522 clients. They are able to do so, in huge part, because of the overwhelming support of this community.

Please continue to support Beverly Bootstraps by bringing some non-perishable food items (no expired items or glass please) to put into the shopping carts as they roll by. And watch for the Mac & Cheese float!
