In Beverly, The (Early) Votes Are In

Early voting ended Friday, and more than one out of every 10 registered voters in Beverly has already cast a vote.

BEVERLY, MA -- More than 420 people cast early votes in Beverly Friday, the tenth and final day of early voting heading into Tuesday's election. Early voting ended at 1 pm. All told, 3,720 voters, or 13% of the 28,427 registered voters in Beverly, took part in early voting, according to City Clerk Wes Slate.

The deadline to submit an application for an absentee ballot is noon on Monday. The deadline to return absentee ballots is 8 pm on Tuesday, election day.
