Beverly Hale Street Barn Fire Contained To 1 Floor

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly fire crews worked quickly to contain a barn fire on Hale Street on Sunday.

Beverly fire said Deputy Chief Jon Palm saw smoke coming from the three-level masonry and wood structure when he arrived for the fire reported at 345 Hale Street.

Crews were able to run two lines and the fire was contained before it spread throughout the building.

Beverly fire said it is investigating the cause of the fire and that no injuries were reported.

Crews from Salem, Danvers and Hamilton helped cover Beverly as city crews battled the blaze.
