Beverly High School Hosts 35 Japanese Student Visitors For A Day
The 35 students from Kumamoto High School in Japan spent the day at Beverly High to learn about life in American schools.

BEVERLY, MA — Nearly three dozen students visiting from a high school in Japan recently spent the day at Beverly High School to learn more about life as an American high school student.
The 35 students from Kumamoto High School were in Beverly on March 25 where they were paired with a Beverly High student for the day and shadowed them in classes and during daily school activities.
Kumamoto High School visitors presented a day in the life of a Kumamoto student to round off the day. Both presentations highlighted the communities in which the students live, giving everyone in attendance insight into various perspectives and cultures.
