For more than 40 years, since our founding in 1985, we have set the standard for clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in the air medical industry. Our tagline, “Your Life. Whether responding to an emergency scene or transferring a critically ill patient between hospitals, our team delivers seamless, patient-centered care during some of the most challenging moments in a person’s life. As a nonprofit, we are guided by one unwavering principle: every patient deserves access to lifesaving care, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Each year, Boston MedFlight provides more than $7 million in free and unreimbursed care, ensuring no patient is ever turned away. Our clinical teams are among the most highly trained and experienced in the world, caring for patients of all ages—from premature infants to older adults—across a wide range of conditions. These include adult and pediatric trauma, complex medical emergencies, cardiac and stroke events, high-risk obstetric and neonatal care, and specialized interfacility transfers. The puck is scheduled to drop at 7:45 p.m. The Medfield Warriors are all that stand between the Panthers and their first ever Division 2 state championship. Beverly will wear their cream-colored home jerseys. Beverly Patch will post updates from the TD Garden!

As the keyboardist for the legendary Boston band and Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Famers,&nbsp;The Cars,&nbsp;Greg Hawkes&nbsp;forged the sound of rock’s New Wave. Pioneering and pushing the limits of technology and sequencing in the late '70s and through the '80s, Greg cemented the synthesizer's place in rock and pop music, and his contribution has influenced countless artists since. Along with achieving Rock &amp; Roll Hall of Fame status and massive commercial success with&nbsp;The Cars, Greg has been a sought-after session and touring musician, and has worked with the likes of&nbsp;Paul McCartney, Todd Rundgren, and&nbsp;The Turtles.
&nbsp;The Cars were named Best New Artist in the 1978 Rolling Stone Readers’ Poll. The band’s debut album, The Cars, sold six million copies and appeared on the Billboard 200 album chart for 139 weeks. The Cars had four Top 10 hits: “Shake It Up” (1981), “You Might Think,” (1984), “Drive” (1984), and “Tonight She Comes” (1985). The band won Video of the Year for “You Might Think” at the first MTV Video Music Awards in 1984
In 2016, Greg collaborated with the acclaimed Boston band&nbsp;Eddie Japan&nbsp;to produce their 2017 album Golden Age. This eventually led to Greg and the band joining forces to create a night of music by The Cars featuring a set list curated by Greg. Neighbor is a dynamic quartet that blends ambitious compositions, soulful balladry, and fearless improvisations to create a unique musical experience. Featuring Richard James (vocals, keys) Rob Compa (guitar), Dan Kelly (bass) and Dean Johnston (drums), together they fuel the groove and lay a solid foundation for Neighbor’s "down home" sound.&nbsp;
The band's creative incubation began in early 2019 with a weekly residency that grew in large part by the passion of their fans, the “Neighbors”, who continue to inspire the band as the fan base has expanded across the country. Captain Jack &amp; The Strangers, comprised of six individuals hailing from Gloucester, MA (45 min north of Boston) with over 30 years experience in music and performance. The band is fronted by 27 year old piano phenom, Jack Favazza, who brings a youthful exuberance to this classic American songbook. This group plays a wide catalogue of music from America's own Piano Man, Billy Joel, spanning his entire musical career from the 70's, 80's, and 90's. Playing both well known hits, alongside of b-side fan favorites, there are surely songs to appease any audience member.
With a long standing passion for the music of Billy Joel, the band formed in late 2022, after founding members had seen a performance of Billy at the legendary Fenway Park in Boston, MA during the summer of that same year. That performance solidified the decision to perform Billy Joel's music to as many people as possible. Gloucester has a long history of talented artists, and Captain Jack &amp; The Strangers is no different. A local "supergroup" of musicians from well known acts such as Groove Therapy, The Spynz, Mystery Meat, and the Neon 90's have formed this group to bring you the high energy, soft somber moments, and everything in between that Billy Joel is so well known for.
