Beverly Housing Lottery Public Information Sessions

Harborlight Community Partners will hold two meetings in February on the new Anchor Point family units in Beverly.

BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents potentially interested in applying for the housing lottery for the new family units at Anchor Point are encouraged to find out more about the complex and units during informational meetings in February.

Harborlight Community Partners will host the information sessions on Zoom from 6:30 to 7 p.m. on Feb. 2 and Feb. 16. The meetings will also be shown on BevTV.

The lottery deadline is March 1 for the two- and three-bedroom units.

Rent includes heat, air conditioning, electricity and water. Rent for the two-bedroom units begins at $1,469. Rent for the three-bedroom units begins at $1,696.

The housing lottery will be held on March 15 at the Beverly Public Library on Essex Street.
