Beverly Police To Host Medication Disposal Day
Expired and unused medications can be dropped off at the Beverly Police Station during this special event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 28.
BEVERLY, MA — Beverly residents can drop off unused and unwanted medications and narcotics during a Medical Disposal Day at the Beverly police station on Oct. 28.
Residents can drop off prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs, medication samples, vitamins, veterinary medications and narcotics.
Sharps, thermometers, IV bags, bloody or infectious waste, inhalers, hydrogen peroxide and personal care products will not be accepted.

Sharps, as well as medications, are accepted at the main entrance at Beverly Hospital and at the sharps kiosks at the Beverly police station.
The event is presented by Beverly police, the Beverly Health Department and Be Healthy Beverly.
