Salem Woman Facing Prostitution, Breaking and Entering Charges

Friday, March 14

  • At 4:05 p.m., police responded to a report of a stolen necklace on Elliott Street.
  • At 4:46 p.m., police conducted a well-being check near the intersection of Cabot and Dane streets.
  • At 5:24 p.m., police responded to a report of minors with alcohol on Beverly Commons Drive. Dylan F. McCarthy, 18, of 53 Winthrop Ave., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • At 6:03 p.m., police responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident on Water Street. John R. Page, 31, of 191 Pleasant St., Marblehead, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
  • At 9:18 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Cherry Hill Drive.

Saturday, March 15

  • At 1:50 a.m., police responded to  report of suspicious activity on Cabot Street. 
  • At 2:10 a.m., police responded to a loud party on Elliott Street.
  • At 9:52 a.m., police responded to a past break-in at 701 Cabot St., which is the address of The Cape Ann Waldorf School.
  • At 10:49 a.m., police responded to a report of wires down on Gregg Street.
  • At 1:53 p.m., an officer disposed of hypodermic needles found on Elliott Street.
  • At 4:07 p.m., police took a missing person report on Cabot Street.
  • At 5:31 p.m., police responded to a report of slashed tires on Rantoul Street.
  • At 6:22 p.m., police responded to a report of an object thrown through a window on Essex Street.
  • At 9:15 p.m., police responded to a loud party on Summit Avenue.
  • At 10:10 p.m., police responded to a loud party on Beverly Commons Drive.

Sunday, March 16

  • At 2:11 a.m., police dispersed a loud group on Elliott Street.
  • At 2:31 a.m., police responded to a noise complaint on Herrick Street.
  • At 11:55 a.m., police responded to a road rage incident on Cabot Street.
  • At 3:09 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Elliott Street.
  • At 3:17 p.m., police made an arrest on River Street.
  • At 3:53 p.m., police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Cabot Street. 
Other Arrests

Allison Avagianos, 32, of 36 Perkins St., Salem, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering during the daytime to commit a felony, offering sexual conduct for a fee and larceny over $250. 

Craig A. Geary, 54, of 7A Centennial Ave., Gloucester, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense.

Shaun S. Levesque, 32, of 332 Rantoul St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having three outstanding warrants.

Franklin D. McGill, 34, of 47 Sylvia St., Lynn, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.

Anthony R. Stanley, 22, of 19 Halborn St., Mattapan, was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
