Houses Reported Egged on Lothrop Street
The following information was submitted by the Beverly Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
The following is an excerpt from the Beverly Police Department's log:
Monday, April 21:
- At 6:07 p.m., police responded to a medical overdose on Arthur Street.
- At 8:24 p.m., police responded to a report of a suspicious man on the docks on Marsh Avenue.
- At 9:07 p.m., police responded to a report of kids in the area of Herrick Street and Sohier Road.
- At 9:53 p.m., police responded to a report of a small fire on Cabot Street. Responding officers found that the fire was confined to a fire pit in a backyard.
- At 11:29 p.m., police conducted a well-being check on Hilltop Drive.
Tuesday, April 22:
- At 3:02 a.m., police responded to a medical emergency on Kernwood Avenue.
- At 9:31 a.m., police conducted a property check on East Lothrop Street.
- At 10:35 a.m., a Lothrop Street resident called police to report that two houses in the neighborhood were egged overnight.
- At 1:01 p.m., police responded to a report of an abandoned vehicle near the intersection of Chapman and Bow streets.
- At 2:20 p.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered on Dodge Street.
- At 3:16 p.m., police responded to a report of a man down on Essex Street.
Brett R. Bennett, 21, of 23 Lyman St., Beverly, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
Daniel Snyder, 34, of 6 Dummon Drive, Stoneham, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
Christopher R. Whyman, 27, of 8 Memorial Drive, Salem, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
