Beverly Receives State Grant for Flood Preparation
Rep. Jerry Parisella reported Tuesday that the city received $90,000 in state funding.

BEVERLY, MA – Beverly has received a state grant to help address coastal flooding in the city.
U.S. Rep. Jerry Parisella, who represents the 6th Essex district in Massachusetts, reported Tuesday that Beverly received $90,000 in state funding.
Parisella said the grant will go toward flood preparation in the city and hopefully mitigate some of the issues Beverly has faced along its coastline in the past.
