Beverly Resident Named To Anti-Poverty Advocate's Board

BEVERLY, MA — A Beverly resident and founding partner of Continuity Family Business Consulting has been named to the Boston nonprofit's One Family, Inc. Board of Directors.

Doug Baumoel was named to the Board of One Family, which aims to break the cycle of family poverty in Massachusetts by promoting pathways to economic independence through advocacy, education and innovation.

Baumoel will support the work of One Family to provide mission-based leadership and governance. He is an author and nationally-recognized expert on governance, leadership and conflict management in families.

Baumoel is a graduate of Cornell University and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Victoria Hackett, are 25-year residents of Beverly, and have two children, Emily and William.
