Parisella Wards Off Challenger In Beverly Primary For State Rep
Parisella captured 85% of the vote and will face independent candidate Donato Paglia in November's general election.

BEVERLY, MA -- State Rep. Jerry Parisella (D-Beverly) defeated Euplio "Rick" Marciano in the Democratic primary for state representative for Beverly. It was the second time the two men met; in 2014 Marciano ran as a Libertarian against Parisella in the general election.
With 100% of the returns counted, Parisella had captured 85% of the vote. Parisella will face independent candidate Donato Paglia in November's general election.
