Beverly Student Honored With Bishop Fenwick FIRST Award

BEVERLY, MA — A Saints Academy alumna from Beverly was recognized as the latest recipient of the Bishop Fenwick FIRST Award for exemplifying the school's core values of faith, integrity, relationship, scholarship and tradition.

Freshman Zoe Schwartz is a member of the school band and excels in the visual and performing arts.

The school said Schwartz is extremely dedicated to her schoolwork and displays an honest and open-minded approach to all situations.

Her award nomination credited her for having a dependable character and said she is always up for new challenges and musical pieces.

"She maintains health, honest and strong relationships with her friends, and with new people that she has never met before," the nomination said. "She is always the first to welcome a new face and immediately initiate a conversation.
