Beverly Substance Abuse Community Conversation Set For Cabot Theater

The conversation is designed to build compassion and honesty about the drug and alcohol struggles of those in the city.

BEVERLY, MA — Be Healthy Beverly and The Cabot Theater are inviting the community to take part in the next community conversation centering around substance abuse in the city.

"Understanding the Substance Use Conversation: Building a Community of Hope" will include some of the North Shore's more passionate substance abuse workers who will talk about harm reduction, early intervention and substance abuse treatment programs in Beverly and across the region.

The event is set for Sept. 19 at the historic Cabot Theater and is designed to build a community of hope through the sharing of experiences and expertise. The floor will be open for those attending to share honors and compassionate discussion.
