A Legend Behind the Lens: Lou Jones at Endicott College
World renowned photographer Lou Jones guest artist at Endicott College on Tuesday, October 16, at 7:00 p.m.

Beverly, MA -- Endicott College is pleased to announce special guest artist Lou Jones, on Tuesday, October 16, at 7:00 p.m. in the Rose Performance Hall, Manninen Center for the Arts, Endicott College 376 Hale Street, Beverly. The event is free and open to the public.
Mr. Jones will present work in commercial practice as well as his long term personal projects which include photographing 12 consecutive Olympics and his book, Final Exposure: Portraits of Death Row Inmates. The world renowned photographer will be speaking about his work from the standpoint of making images and how these two paths are integral to his success and longevity as a working photographer.
Mr. Jones’ career spans over 30 years and is well known as one of Boston’s leading commercial and fine art photographers. His corporate, advertising and editorial photography clients include: IBM, Major League Baseball, Federal Express, Nike and National Geographic. Lou Jones has worked in 47 countries photographing everything from headhunters to military leaders. In 2000 the International Photographic Council of the United Nations presented him with the Professional Photographers Leadership Award. He is also recognized as a Nikon “Legend behind the Lens”. He is a past president of the New England chapter of the American Society of Media Photographers, a long time member of the ASMP National Board of Directors and a Founder of the Center for Digital Imaging Arts in Waltham.
