Endicott and Positive Coaching Alliance Offer Workshop on Coaching

Endicott College and the Positive Coaching Alliance invites you to attend a workshop titled, "Double-Goal Coach:  Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons" on Sunday, April 28 from 7 - 8:30 pm at the Hospitality Suite in the Post Center, Endicott College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly.  The event  is free and open to all Youth Sport coaches, organizers, and administrators.

This interactive workshop introduces PCA's Double-Goal coach model and presents research from experts in coaching, education, and sports psychology.  Every participant gains access to dozens of practical, proven tools to increase success during their next practice or competition.  The workshop provides an in-depth review of the three principles around which it is built:  Honoring the Game, Filling Emotional Tanks, and ELM Tree of Mastery.
