Jump, Jive and Wail with the AVOCATES!

The AVOCATES, Beverly's own band that has performed continuously for the last 61 years, is playing a Homecoming Concert - this Friday Night from 7-9PM. Ken Savory, a founding member, will be rocking "the shell" with some outstanding tenor solos. The band's "book" includes charts from the Golden Age of Swing to today's "pop" numbers arranged by the band's own Bob Meyers (retired Berklee Faculty and the A's drummer)! The band features two vocalists, Bethany Vahn and Bill Sokolow. Come on down - if you come a little early, you can even make your own ice cream sundae!
