2nd ANNUAL BEVFIT FEST SUNDAY, AUGUST 7

Paddleboarding, yoga, spinning, and bootcamp are just a few of the dozens of family friendly fitness offerings at Beverly’s 2nd Annual BevFit Fest. Fun in the sun takes on a whole new meaning as festival attendees try the latest and greatest in fitness and wellness activities and products at this annual free event. As part of Beverly Homecoming, BevFit Fest will be held Sunday, August 7th from 9 am – 1 pm at Dane Street Beach in Beverly, MA.

Created by Ashley Skomurski and Aaron Mearns, owners of Coast to Coast Paddle in Beverly, and Emily Skoniecki and Hillary Mandelbaum, owners of Beverly’s The Inner Cycle, BevFit Fest gives the community an opportunity to sample a wide variety of health and wellness programs in a gorgeous setting by the sea. “Participants can try out free demo classes, experience demonstrations and sample a variety of health and wellness products all offered by local businesses right here in our Beverly community,” said Skomurski. “At BevFit Fest families can go right from trying out a spin bike to checking out paddleboarding in the ocean, to sampling a delicious healthy snack all in one place- at the beach. The event is free and we encourage people of all ages to come out and have some fun in the sun!”

A huge success last summer, BevFit Fest 2016 has attracted a growing number of local vendors and supporters including The Energy Barre, Crossfit Variance, MegaFood, The Greater Beverly YMCA, Susan MacFarlane Wellness Studio, Chicken or the Eggplant, Aligned for Life Chiropractic, Beverly Athletic Club, Baby Bootcamp, Rodan & Fields, Fitness Together and Isagenix.
