Cottage Advisors and Nickerson Real Estate Partners Co-Host Community Holiday Party at The Cottages at River Hill

Cottage Advisors LLC (Cottage Advisors), a family-owned building and design company committed to delivering unique right-sized home communities, recently co-hosted a holiday party for brokers, residents and guests on Saturday, December 12th along with Nickerson Real Estate Partners, exclusive sales and marketing team for The Cottages at River Hill residential community in West Newbury, MA.

The event, which took place in the newly-constructed “Bailey” model home, was well-attended and showcased the inviting atmosphere, new finishes, neighborhood amenities, and floorplans offered at The Cottages at River Hill. Attendees enjoyed complimentary food and festive drinks catered by Newburyport restaurant Mission Oak Grill, tours of the model home, a raffle and holiday gift basket, as well as the opportunity for current and future neighbors to get to know each other. Guests were encouraged to explore the model home, share holiday stories, and mingle by the fireplace.

Notably, interest in the Cottages at River Hill remains high, as the recently completed model home was sold on Saturday, the first day it was available for purchase. After touring the model home and discussing the floorplan and options, the home buyers reserved their new home before the conclusion of the event. The couple was represented by Susan Dougherty of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, who completed the reservation with Sharon Viens, Director of Sales at Nickerson Real Estate Partners.
