North Shore Community College's Institute for Corporate Training and Technology (ICTT) will hold their October Supervisors' Connection, Creating Stellar Customer Service, Wednesday, October 23, 2013, from 8-10 a.m. at the ICTT, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 121E, Beverly. Cost is $39pp and includes a continental breakfast.
Customer service starts within an organization as part of the organization’s culture. Developing such a culture provides the means for the unfolding of successful customer service interactions and relationships. Facilitator, Ginny Maglio, will present models and philosophies as the foundation for building customer service success.
