1. we speak over the phone
2. I give you a ballpark estimate, and if agreeable then
3. we meet at your house and walk through your house together, seeing what needs you have
4. have a 2-time trial period of consecutive cleanings, and if it works out,
5. after trial period, sign a contract, offering you steady service, and me, steady service and 2 weeks notice if you decide to cancel service
