Do You Consider Beverly to be 'Age-Friendly'?
The director of the Council on Aging asks whether residents see Beverly as "age-friendly."

Mary Ann Holak, the director of the Beverly Council on Aging, has been trying to find out if Beverly is considered an "age-friendly" community.
In a recently published opinion piece in the Salem News and posted on the city's website, Holak asks residents to tell her the “top five” age-friendly features in Beverly and ideas for the five features that need to be improved to be considered “age-friendly.”
Holak wants to hear from residents by e-mail at mholak@beverlyma.gov or at the Senior Center at 90 Colon St., Beverly, MA 01915.
