Election Results: Incumbents Win Big in Beverly
No surprises in the contested races in Beverly.

It was a big night for incumbents in the few contested races in Beverly.
Mayor Mike Cahill easily won re-election over his challenger, School Committee member David Manzi.
Cahill finished with 5,184 votes to 1,384 votes for Manzi. Cahill captured nearly 78 percent of the votes cast.

In the Ward 2 School Committee race, incumbent Paul Manzo finished ahead of challenger Adam Hartmann by a count of 652 votes to 145 votes.
And in Ward 3, incumbent City Councilor James Latter defeated challenger Euplio Marciano by a 541-301 count.

Overall, about 25 percent of the registered voters in Beverly cast ballots on Tuesday.
